The Spa at Hotel 1000

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and enjoy our relaxation room, teas, and infused waters.
• For your comfort, robes and slippers are available if desired. Our locker rooms feature personal lockers and a dry sauna to enjoy before or after your spa experience.
• Hotel guests are welcome to arrive in their robes and slippers.
• Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off all cell phones and mobile devices.
• We will gladly ship any spa purchases to your home or office at no charge.
• Our treatment prices do not include gratuities. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to your receipt. Please feel free to modify this based on your experience.
• Hotel 1000 Seattle offers complimentary valet parking during scheduled services for guests of our spa.
  
   

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling, changing, or rescheduling an appointment requires at least 48 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service price.
• Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full price.
• Canceling, changing, or rescheduling group reservations or appointments that include three or more services requires at least 72 hours' advance notice.

Late Arrivals

• As a courtesy to our other guests, we cannot guarantee extensions of scheduled appointment times for late arrivals. Services impacted by late arrival will be charged the full price.

Retail & Gift Cards

• We will gladly accept unopened retail merchandise for return or exchange within seven days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Pricing

• Menu prices do not apply to in-room services or appointments requested before or after spa hours. Pricing for these can be quoted by spa staff or the hotel concierge.
