Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels and Resorts is a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any public area, food and beverage outlet or guest rooms. A smoking cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.

Reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours prior arrival by 3pm PST, or guests will be charged a one-night penalty, plus tax.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and physical credit or debit card. To cover incidentals, $100/day will be authorized on your credit or debit card.
Check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you (based on availability) – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, there is a fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
Overnight Hotel Guest: $60, per vehicle (in & out privileges)
Visitor/Restaurant: $30 daily fee

Hotel 1000 offers Tesla luxury electric cars available to rent for hotel guests. Easily reserve up to 30 minutes prior, pick-up, and drive a Tesla from the convenience of our hotel. These vehicles are available anytime for guests to use; each vehicle is charged and ready to go when you are. Once reserved our valet team will bring the vehicle to the front of the hotel. $35 for the first hour | $0.60 per minute after | Daily rates available
