Spring arrives early at Rosebay, where the bar transforms into a dreamy indoor garden bursting with color. Step through a floral archway into a world of towering blooms, trailing ivy, and whimsical entertainment with our interactive “Living Vine” performer. From February 3 to May 30, Rosebay Bouquet captures the essence of the season with floral-inspired cocktails and bites. It’s an enchanted hideaway in the heart of downtown.
This year, we’ve extended the floral dreamscape to our fourth-floor greenhouse with a host of springtime activations, including our Spring Mad Hatter Tea. Think playful teapots, blooming florals, “Eat Me/Drink Me” sweets, and tableside storytelling that delights guests of all ages.
