Preparation

• Complimentary valet services at Hotel 1000 are included in your spa visit
• Arrive at least15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy our relaxation room, enjoy teas and spa infused waters
• For your comfort, we supply robes and slippers for use during your spa visit. Our locker rooms provide personal lockers and a dry sauna for you to enjoy prior or after your spa experience.
• Our hotel guests are welcome to arrive in their robes and slippers
• Upon arrival, view our amenity menu for luxurious extra’s to enhance your spa experience and sumptuous drinks and treats for an extra indulgence.
• Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off all cell phones, mobile devices and pagers.
• Ask us about specials or customizing your package, allow us to exceed your expectations!
• We will gladly ship any spa purchases to your home or office at no charge.
• Our prices do not include gratuities. The staff will gladly accept gratuities solely at your discretion.

Policies

• Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. At least 24 hours, advance notification is required when canceling, changing or rescheduling an appointment. We require at least 72 hours advance notice for changes or cancellations to appointments reserved for multiple guests. Changes or cancellations received without adequate notice will be charged at 50% of service value to your credit or gift card.
• As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, late arrivals will only receive an extension of scheduled appointment if our reservation list allows. Service will be charged at full value or cancellation policy will apply.
• We will gladly accept retail merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
