MTM Luxury Lodging is a hotel management company based in Kirkland, Washington, just outside of Seattle. We specialize in managing luxury, independent hotels and resorts. And we love it.

They all feature great real estate, indigenous design, character and appeal, anticipatory service from the heart, and well-trained staff who derive pleasure and satisfaction from serving our guests well.

MTM is wholly owned by its management team. After long and successful careers, we are refugees from companies like Westin, Four Seasons and Destination Hotels. We believe the best hotels are not formula driven and that today’s travelers seek inspiring and experiential places to stay.
