WEDDING GUIDELINES
WEDDING PACKAGES
Hotel 1000 offers complete Wedding Packages for all seasons. Food and beverage prices are based on a minimum number of guests and range from $50 to $150 per guest depending on day and season.
With every Wedding Package your guests can enjoy a bountiful array of savory hors d'oeuvres, an elegant sit-down meal or a lavish buffet. Included in your package is full tableware, white buffet and table linens, skirting and napkins. Our special wedding prices include five hours of complimentary consultation.
Please note, all food and beverage with the exception of the wedding cake, must be provided by the hotel. A customary 22% service charge and Washington State sales tax will be added to the final balance for all food and beverage.
RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING FEE
In order to reserve your event date, a $2,500 non-refundable booking fee and a credit card number must be on file. Your credit card will be held on file for any additional balance at the conclusion of the event. The booking fee will be applied to your final catering bill. Payment of the total estimated bill is due 30 days prior to your event. In the case of overpayment, a refund will be sent to you promptly.
BEVERAGES
Hotel 1000 offers a tasteful and diverse selection of premium wines, liquors and beers for your reception. Please note all beverages must be provided by the hotel and are charged on a per consumption basis. An average bar estimate is $28 - $35 per guests, depending upon the selection of beverages served. To complement the bar service, we suggest a selection of non-alcoholic beverages: sodas, spritzers and festive fruit juices.
DECORATIONS
Flowers and large rental items may be delivered to the hotel two hours prior to your function. Additional setup time may be available dependent on other bookings. Smaller items such as place cards and favors (no glitter or confetti, please) may be brought to your catering manager at an agreed upon time. Our staff will be happy to assist in the placement of these items provided they are "table ready". Votive type candles may be used with restrictions. All decorations and personal items must be removed immediately at the conclusion of your event. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
PHOTOGRAPHS
You are welcome to begin photographs on the hotel property two hours prior to your event. The hotel lobby and grand staircase may be used for uncomplicated shots only. We do not allow backdrops, photographic umbrellas, or loose electrical cords in these areas. Public areas must remain open and free of obstacles for hotel guests.
MUSIC
We welcome a disc jockey or live music (up to a five person ensemble) until 12:00 am on the 4th floor or 1:00 am on the 2nd floor. In consideration of hotel guests, all music will be controlled at the discretion of hotel management.
GUEST ROOMS
Here at Hotel 1000 you have two choices for your guest room accommodations. Option A includes a guaranteed contracted room block of 10 rooms or more. Each room in the block would require a one night non-refundable deposit for room and tax and a rooming list stating each guest's name would be required 30 days prior to arrival. Option B allows you to offer special group rates to your guests allowing them to make reservations on their own up to 30 days prior to the event. They would use their own credit card to hold and guarantee the room and would be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
