SEATTLE – (March 14, 2011) – BOKA RESTAURANT + BAR, vibrant blend of lounge and restaurant located in downtown Seattle, will begin to offer free valet parking to restaurant guests. This new service is aimed to alleviate the expense of dining in the city with the rising gas and parking prices in Seattle.
“Dining out has grown to be a much greater expense these days,” said Denny Fitzpatrick, general manager, Hotel 1000. “With our Free Valet Service, we hope to ease the expense and encourage people to enjoy a meal out with friends, co-workers, family, and loved ones.”
Diners at BOKA RESTAURANT + BAR can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour seven days a week featuring a menu of urban American food, hand crafted cocktails along with new and old world wines. Executive Chef Angie Roberts brings to the table her vast knowledge of local produce and grower relationships, and her boundless creativity evolves with the seasons. BOKA features 85-90 percent organic and sustainable cuisine.
In addition, BOKA features a series of Vintimate wine dinners taking place on the last Wednesday of every month. Chef Roberts prepares an intimate four-course dinner paired with a featured Washington Winery. Highlights from previous wine dinner menus include: Lobster Salad with citrus fruits, endives and green peppercorn vinaigrette; Black Pepper Pappardelle with pork belly lardons and foraged mushrooms; and Bleu Cheese Profiterole with grapes and hazelnuts.
